Can I purchase more than one voucher?
Yes. You may purchase multiple vouchers
Can I purchase now and pay later?
You will need to make payment at the time of booking your voucher
Do I need to select a hotel when I purchase a voucher?
No. You only need to select a hotel when you are ready to confirm your dates and make your booking
What is the validity period of my voucher?
The voucher is valid for stays from 01.08.2020 to 31.10.2021.
Can I make changes to my booking?
You may make changes to your booking up until 48 hours prior to your arrival date, but please note that any change is subject to availability. Please contact inquiries@asialeisure.lk with the copy of your voucher.
Can I transfer my voucher to another person?
You may do so only when you have confirmed your booking dates and made payment in full
Can I cancel my voucher once purchased?
The voucher cannot be cancelled & is non-refundable. But you have until 31.10.2021 to utilize it.
Can I get a refund for any unused portion of my voucher?
You need to use the value of the voucher in full when you make your booking
Is there another option to purchase without a credit card?
Yes. You may make payment with a bank transfer. Please contact inquiries@asialeisure.lk
Is it safe to fill in my credit card details? How secure is the site?
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We also use a firewall which protects our servers and network against unauthorized access.
